Martin's Legs Parafoil Kite
Martin Lester’s first all-soft parafoil kite design, The original Legs helped make his international reputation. A soccer player’s lower body, wearing shorts, socks and tennis shoes, Legs kicks as it flies. Corey bought one of the first Big Legs back in 1988 and flew “Jocko Kichi” over the beach at Monterey (and at various festivals around the world) for the next 10 years, accumulating nearly 6000 air/hours.
Martin's Legs are available in three sizes and fly in a wind range of 6-20 mph.
- Small: Over 6 ½′ long. Blue or Red shorts. 50# line & winder included. Licensed by Martin Lester. Made in China by New Tech Kites
- Standard: 12′ long. Made by Martin in his workshop in Cornwall. Signed & numbered. Use 80# Dacron line.
- Big Legs: Over 10m long (32′+) Aqua blue and Red. Made by Martin in his workshop in Cornwall. Signed & numbered. Corey uses a 300# Dacron line.
