Prism Fanatic Stunt Kite Details

The Prism Fanatic is no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Want to start out right? Invest in the Fanatic, Prism’s most popular and most versatile all-around flying machine. It’s tough enough to take a beating while you learn, but its high-end materials and adjustability give you the wind range and performance you’ll need once you’re an expert

In the air the Fanatic is fast and lively but incredibly stable and precise for its size. Oh, and if you’re into tricks, the Fanatic will do them all with panache! It is very nicely balanced for axels, flat spins, and back flip maneuvers. Prism has tweaked the frame and bridle geometries to make it fly in lighter winds and to reduce tip tangles when trick flying. The Fanatic's large wind range (3-25 mph) lets you fly in most conditions, and its wide performance envelope delivers whether you're pulling off your first landing or your first triple Mobius.

The Fanatic has a ripstop polyester sail, lightweight and low-stretch for great wind range and instant response. Polyester is a nice bonus in wet climates because it absorbs no moisture from the air, and its colorfast dyes will stay bright after years of use. The carbon frame is painstakingly reinforced at all stress points to give you maximum crash protection with minimal weight. Adjustable standoff positions let you custom tune the kite for your flying style as you learn. This is a kite you’ll be flying for a long time, even after you add an Illusion or Elixir to your kite bag.

The Elixir’s sophisticated Active Bridle gives you tight turns without over steer and maximum control in the most unusual attitudes. Three-position adjustable standoffs let you fine-tune for the wind and your flying style. Get to know it and it’ll quickly become the first out of your bag every time.
