Design & Construction
The search was for a kite that would fly like a tradition foil, but
without the air-filled double skin. C-Quads have the
inflatable 'cells' replaced by thin fiberglass rods. The
C-Quad skin is cut in curved sections that create the typical
airfoil shape. This shape is important for the very high lift
and pull per square meter of the C-Quad.
Performance
The power of a 3.2 C-Quad is equivalent to a standard 5m Peel.
It's great performance as a buggy engine is caused by the excellent
power control. The ratio of minimum and maximum power is at
least twice that of conventional kites. One particular size of
kite can now be used in a larger wind range without the risk of
overpowering.

Accessories
- C-Quad Float Tube:
The float tubes are an excellent way of keeping your C-Quad
floating during a crash landing on water. Tubes can be
fitted on the C-Quad 4.2, 6.3 and 8.5.
The C-Quad includes kite,
bag and instructions. Handles and line set sold separately.
