New Tech Thunderwing ParaWing Details

The Parawing kite was designed for the NASA space program by Francis Rogallo, the initial concept was of a brake parachute to slow the descent of returning space vehicles.
These strong pulling kites are ideal for traction kiting, have no spars to break, will pack away in a small package, and can be flown as either a dual or quad line kite.

Flying Line and Handles
- If you need flying line, we offer a package that includes 80′ x 200# tan spectra and a Crazy 8 winder. Please note to keep the cost down you will need to cut the line and tie the knots yourself to make a line set. This is enough line for you to make either a 40′ dual line set or a 20′ quad line set.
- If you need flight straps or handles you can choose either wide straps for dual line flying or QuadTrac handles for quad line flying.
