What form of payments does WindPower Sports accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB.
  • PayPal - We accept payments by PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to order by PayPal online. Joining PayPal is free and easy.
  • Checks - WindPower Sports currently only accepts money orders and certified checks via mail. You may pay online using an eCheck through PayPal. Visa - Mastercard - American Express - JCB - Discover Payments by PayPal

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

  • We will only charge your credit card when the order is shipped. Credit card charges are not processed through the web. We run all charges by hand through a credit card machine.
  • PayPal payments are paid immediately through PayPal.
  • A 50% deposit is required for landsailer purchases. We will contact you via e-mail or phone to confirm the order before charging your credit card.

What is WindPower Sports return policy?

  • We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts. For our complete return and exchange policy please visit our returns page.

What do I do if my package was damaged during shipment?

  • If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us via e-mail or by phone at 1-702-220-4340 also contact the shipping company and report the damage. They will notify us of the claim and we can ship you a replacement. Here are the contact numbers you will need:

What do I do if something was missing from my order?

  • In most cases the item was out of stock and was placed on backorder. Please check your invoice to see if you have been charged for the item, if the item was out of stock you would not have been charged. We do try to contact the customer before the order ships to let them know an item was out of stock. If the item was on backorder we will ship the item as soon as it comes in without any additional shipping charges. If you were charged for an item but did not receive it please contact us via e-mail or phone at 1-702-220-4340.

I am looking for an item but do not see it on your website can I still get it?

  • We often order items for customers that we do not normally stock, and in most cases can get what you are looking for. Just contact us via e-mail or phone at 1-702-220-4340 and we will let you know if we can get it, along with pricing and an estimated delivery time.
